Spinarium KYC Verification Process
Spinarium verifies accounts to confirm identity, address, and payment ownership. The check runs when you request a withdrawal, when deposit or withdrawal totals hit internal thresholds, or when activity triggers a security review (for example, multiple cards, repeated failed login attempts, or a change of personal details).
- Identity (ID/Passport): Submit a clear photo of a valid passport or national ID card. Spinarium may ask for both sides of the ID card and a selfie (or short video selfie) to match your face to the document. The name and date of birth must match the account profile exactly; mismatches lead to a re-upload request.
- Address proof: Provide a document dated within the last 90 days that shows your full name and current residential address. Accepted examples include a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter. Screenshots and edited PDFs are rejected; Spinarium requests the full page where the address and issue date are visible.
- Payment method: If you use a bank card, upload an image showing the cardholder name and the last 4 digits; hide the middle digits and the CVV. If you use an e-wallet, Spinarium requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name/email and wallet ID, plus a transaction record that matches deposits on the account. If a card is not in your name, Spinarium blocks withdrawals until you switch to a personal payment method.
Verification time is typically 1–24 hours after you upload all requested files in the correct format. If the team asks for a re-upload, the clock resets from the moment the corrected documents are submitted.
Right now, Spinarium’s KYC is a standard three-step flow: identity, address, and payment ownership, with the longest delays coming from unclear images, outdated address documents, or name mismatches.
